This site is a guide, not an offer
Kenya Safari Planner publishes planning information. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for travel is formed by reading it or by sending an enquiry.
If you go on to book, your contract is with Nomad Africa, our partner travel agency in Kenya, on their booking terms, which they will give you in full before you pay anything.
What we try to get right, and what changes
We write this site carefully and we correct it when we find it wrong. But park fees, entry requirements, flight schedules, camp availability and prices all change, sometimes at short notice, and wildlife does what it wants.
Where we publish costs, they are clearly marked as indicative planning ranges, not quotes and not official tariffs. Only a written quote from Nomad Africa is a price.
- Check entry and visa requirements with the official government source for your nationality before you travel.
- Check health requirements with a travel clinic or doctor, not with this site.
- Check your own government’s current travel advice before booking and again before you fly.
The 24-hour reply
We aim to have a tailored itinerary and quote to you within 24 hours of a completed enquiry, and we hold ourselves to it. It is a service commitment, not a contractual guarantee — if something unusual delays a reply, we will tell you it is delayed rather than go quiet.
Our content
The writing, structure and design of this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract with a link back. Wholesale copying is not permitted.

We link to official sources and to our other guides. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run, including the official portals we point you to for visas and travel advice.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general planning information published here, as distinct from the written quote and booking terms you receive from Nomad Africa.
